Association Meeting Minutes

For
all of you that attended our second
Sigma Tau Gamma Alumni Association
Alumni meeting
of 2002, thank you. We had a diverse
group of brainstorms,
which made
for a productive
meeting. Let me know if you have
any additions, corrections,
or additional feedback.
Our
most immediate projects are:

Our
apparel mailing fundraiser
(see minutes for a detailed
plan in order for
us to have these order forms
in the hands of incoming UWSP
freshmen
by the
first week of June 2002).
-
Our
automatic alumni donation
program (we already have
pledges for
$20/month, $240/year). Loren
to finalize this as soon as
possible and then
use my pledge to ensure this
works without a hitch.
-
Reissue
and deposit of the $450 worth
of old alumni checks that are
now
in my hands (I will be phoning
the respective brothers to get
fresh checks
written and then get them to
Loren to deposit).

Determination
of what to do with our
uncovered certificate of
deposit account
($700 - Doug Rogers to
follow-up).
-
Installation
of our fresh rent policies
(see minutes for details
-increase of
$25/month in order to
develop a housing fund).
